WHERE DO YOU SHIP? 

We currently only ship in the United States. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? 

Shipping times depend on the destination state. Overall, you can expect to receive your package within 3 to 10 business days. 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS? 

You can decide to ship your order using a non-tracking shipping method or a tracking shipping method. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

Shipping is calculated at check out. 

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS? 

Once you received your item, you have up to 14 days to return it and get a full refund. Note that we do not offer free return at the moment, so the return shipment will be at your own cost. Please contact customer service if you'd like to return your item. You can do so either via email at sales@moanibay.com or via the contact form.
