We are based in The Hague, Holland.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 

We ship from the Hague, Holland. 

WHERE DO YOUR PIECES COME FROM? 

We rely on several suppliers all over the world to create our pieces. Our main suppliers are in France, Denmark, China and the United Kingdom. 

Since we are creating and assembling the pieces ourselves, you might wear a necklace assembled using a chain from France and a pendant from the United Kingdom. That's what makes it so unique!

HOW IS YOUR JEWELLERY PRODUCED?

All of our pieces are created and assembled by hand! This is why we produce in small quantities as it is a time-consuming process. 

CAN I WEAR MY NECKLACES UNDER WATER? 

Absolutely! All of our necklaces are made of stainless steel which is tarnish-free and water-resistant. Note that it may slightly speed up the rate at which the gold fades away. If you wish to maintain the jewellery for as long as possible, we recommend you to remove it when showering. 

IS MY PACKAGE SUSTAINABLE? 

Yes, 100%! Your order will arrive in a plastic-free, recycled and recyclable package. Moreover, our carrier provides a climate neutral delivery service. 

MY JEWELLERY IS DELIVERED BROKEN, WHAT DO I DO?

We are sorry you are experiencing issues with your jewellery as it is not the standards we thrive for. If your item is broken upon delivery, please contact us immediately for a replacement so we can send you a new one as soon as possible.

MY SKIN DOESN'T REACT WELL TO JEWELLERY, WHAT DO I DO?

Everyone's skin type is different and reacts differently to certain metals and platings. If you are prone to these types of reactions, please avoid buying sterling silver and pure gold jewellery.
